We are an independent coffee shop in Rolling Meadows, IL. We are a family run small business. We use Metropolis Coffee and Rishi Teas. We are different than your average suburban coffee shop. We have a semi-automatic espresso machine and pour-overs.
Being that we are an independent coffee shop we do things a little differently. We actually take our time to make sure that each shot, each drink is made to the standard that we believe in. Your drink isn't going to be done in 30 seconds while we're working on another one. We work on one drink at a time and believe that is the best way to produce quality drinks.
We use Monin brand syrups including vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, dark caramel, macadamia nut, hazelnut and cinnamon. We are always looking to try new flavors so if you have suggestions let us know.
